This is a CSI-64 Switch, model 1207, made by Computer Specialties. This device allows up to 8 Commodore VIC-20's or Commodore 64's to be used with a single disk drive. This was used in the 80's in an elementary classroom. 8 computers wasn't very costly, but 8 disk drives were very costly at the time. This device allowed 8 students to connect to and share a single Commodore 1541 disk drive. It works by sharing access to the drive. While one computer is accessing, the next one in line waits until the first one closes its connection. Even though having 8 computers connected to one drive slows things down, it is still much, much faster than having 8 tape drives, one for each computer. Every student gets their software loaded up within a minute or two rather than each one waiting 15 or more minutes for a small program to load from a tape drive. On the back of the unit, the disk drive connects to the output port while each computer connects to the input ports. This works great for anywhere from 2 to 8 computers. The overall condition of this unit is OK with no major flaws. It just looks like its been used, but it's not dented or beat up or scratched up. I have not personally test this, but see no reason for it not to work. I plugged it in and turned it on and the power light comes on. The previous owner several years ago tested it and it worked OK. If you feel you are not happy with it, be sure to contact me within 30 days and we will work something out. I am only offering this in the USA because of the power supply that comes with it.

I don't think this has ever been out of the box (except for my pics and I plugged in the power adapter to see if the computer worked. The power light came on.). The computer is still in the plastic bag and the power supply (I did have it out of the box to test), video switch, and video cable are still neatly placed in the container. Check the pics. The box is in fair to decent condition. The bottom flap on the end that was opened was torn off and taped on. There were store labels on the front that were removed and tore the paper and the end by the serial number has a tear. Also included is the users guide. Serial number on the computer matches the box. Due to the vintage nature of these items and the fact that I don’t know the history of them, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. Apple IIc Plus (IIc+) - RARE vintage computer Item up for bid is a rare Apple IIc Plus computer in great condition. History: The Apple IIc Plus is the sixth and final model in the Apple II line of personal computers, produced by Apple Computer. The "Plus" in the name was a reference to the additional features it offered over the original portable Apple IIc, such as greater storage capacity (a built-in 3.5-inch floppy drive replacing the classic 5.25-inch), increased processing speed, and a general standardization of the system components. The Apple IIc Plus was produced between 1988 and 1990. Condition: This unit seems to be working perfectly. I don't have any programs on 3.5" floppy disks so I can't test the internal drive. But I booted it up with an external disk drive and it loads and runs programs great. The case is in good condition. There is some minor yellowing of the plastic (but not nearly as much as my monitor). The only wear I can see is some very minor marks on the rubber feet and the bottom and the handle. The box says it's a class A exchange. I don't have a system to test it with, but it does power up. The manual is a copy of the TI original. No cables are included except the power cable.
